Position: Oxford Learning Centre Manager Role

Lead educational success as Centre Manager at Oxford Learning in West Vancouver. Drive tutor mentorship and oversee academic programs for effective learning.

We’re seeking a passionate Centre Manager to enhance the educational journey of students at Oxford Learning. This role, located in-person in West Vancouver, demands strong leadership and a commitment to excellence in instructional delivery. You will be responsible for achieving outstanding results amongst both students and tutors, leveraging your educational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the quality of all academic programs

• Recruit, train, and oversee tutoring staff

• Conduct observations and professional development for tutors

• Track student progress and adapt strategies
designs for retention

• Foster communication with parents about student needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Child Development, or related area

• At least 3 years of related teaching or tutoring experience

• Previous leadership experience is a strong plus

• In-depth knowledge of BC's curriculum

• Passionate about creating impactful educational experiences
