The role requires expertise in civil capital construction projects, particularly in water and wastewater systems. The candidate will review project cost estimates, prepare detailed bills of materials, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 8+ years of estimating experience, alongside proficiency in estimating software and strong communication skills.
