Your new role

As the Structural Engineering Group Lead, you will spearhead the growth of the Vancouver structural team. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead business development initiatives, oversee structural design projects from concept topletion, and build a high-performing team. This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate with project managers and associates to deliver exceptional results while driving strategic growth for the structural engineering practice.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and leadership

Proven track record in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering

Registered with or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)

Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, with a client-centric mindset

Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities

Proficiency in building codes and structural analysis/design software (S-Frame, ETABS, spSlab)

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
