- Provide technical support to operations teams and respond to SCADA‑related incidents.
- Learn and apply industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree (or diploma with relevant experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of control systems, SCADA software, and industrial automation concepts.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, OPC).
- Understanding of databases (SQL), networks (TCP/IP, VPNs), and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in field/plant environments when required.
- Hands‑on experience with SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, GE iFIX, Siemens WinCC, Schneider Citect).
- Exposure to HMI development and graphical interface design.
- Knowledge of power systems, renewable energy, or water/wastewater operations.
- Internship or co‑op experience in automation or control engineering.
- Training and mentorship from experienced SCADA engineers.
- Exposure to cutting‑edge projects in the energy, utility, and industrial sectors.
- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
