As an intern, you will assist in the delivery of production drawings, supporting vital work under the National Shipbuilding Strategy. By coordinating schedules, managing changes, and collaborating with various teams, you will contribute to the launch of ships built by Canadians. This role is ideal for engineering students eager for hands-on experience in a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track schedules and progress for production drawings
• Record meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions
• Integrate work among various teams for seamless operations
• Support risk identification for timely drawing delivery
• Help improve project processes through collaboration
Requirements:
• 2nd or 3rd year Engineering degree enrollment
• Interest in shipbuilding and project management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Comfortable in a heavy industrial environment
