Position: Project Controls Senior Planner Role
Join McDermott as a Senior Project Controls Planner to optimize scheduling practices using advanced project management tools like Primavera P6. Focus on enhancing operational efficiency in Oil and Gas projects.

In this pivotal role, your 7-10 years of EPCIC experience will guide you as you improve planning practices within McDermott. You will mentor junior planners while performing detailed schedule analysis. Creating and maintaining linked schedules for marine scope projects will be key to your contributions, ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct schedule analyses utilizing Primavera P6 and Deltek Fuse

• Assist in creating project baselines during initiation phases

• Provide mentorship to junior planners and support project schedules

• Develop linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for projects

• Monitor schedule compliance and analyze performance indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Project Management/Engineering or related field

• 7-10 years EPCIC experience in the Oil and Gas sector

• Solid command of scheduling software including Microsoft Project

• Advanced skills in Excel, particularly for curves and histograms

• Effective communication with teams and management
