Position: LNG Contracts Manager Role at Woodfibre

Lead contract management efforts as the LNG Contracts Manager at Woodfibre LNG in Squamish, British Columbia. This position involves critical responsibilities in contractual compliance and negotiations with EPC Contractor McDermott.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the contract administration process for the LNG export facility. You'll guide the EPC contract team, manage significant subcontractors, and facilitate strategic meetings with senior management. Your expertise will ensure that contractual rights are defended while supporting the project's execution phase effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement contracting strategies for the project

• Manage EPC Contractor communications and change logs

• Engage in project management meetings internally and externally

• Collaborate with legal teams on contract interpretation

• Guide subcontract bidding processes and negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in EPC contracts within Oil & Gas

• At least 10 years in EPC contracting roles

• 5 years’ experience in a leadership capacity

• Demonstrated success in contract negotiations

• Strong writing and reporting skills
