Position: Shift Supervisor for Woodfibre LNG
Take on a vital role as Shift Supervisor at Woodfibre LNG in Squamish, BC, where you will oversee operational safety and readiness during commissioning and startup phases. Lead a dedicated team and ensure environmental standards are met.

In this position, you report directly to the Shift Superintendent and support the Operations team as it transitions through various project phases. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational readiness, managing safety protocols, and mentoring team members. Experience in LNG projects or similar capital project environments will be an asset in this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver procedures and manuals as ORA Core Team member

• Support Operations Management in executing the ORA Plan

• Attend HAZOPS and Engineering reviews as required

• Oversee safe production activities during your shift

• Ensure execution of safety and quality checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 15+ years' experience in major capital projects

• Proficiency in project management software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• HSE compliance and leadership experience
