Position: DarkVision Engineering Manager in Machine Learning
Lead the development of our ML Platform and Infrastructure team at Dark Vision in North Vancouver, BC. Be the strategic force behind our cutting-edge acoustic imaging technology.

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a diverse team responsible for the planning and architecture of our high-capacity data systems. You will ensure the functionality and security of our platform while promoting MLOps excellence and data validation rigor. Collaborating closely with Applied ML and Software Engineering teams, your role will be central to optimizing workloads and infrastructures while managing immediate and future scalability challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire a team of engineers and data specialists

• Architect massive-scale batch processing systems in the cloud

• Develop CI/CD and MLOps best practices

• Uphold data integrity through validation frameworks

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields

• Over 5 years in the industry focused on engineering

• More than 2 years of management experience

• Strong AWS and Kubernetes expertise

• Proficient in Python and experienced in ML solutions
