• Implement McDermott’s HSES Management System

• Develop and execute HSES plans and procedures

• Facilitate ongoing risk assessments and audits

• Prepare and conduct internal and external HSES audits

• Manage contractor/vendor HSES performance

Requirements:

• Degree in HSES-related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum six years in energy industry

• Advanced understanding of HSES laws and regulations

• ISO standards lead auditor certification

• Strong communication and analytical skills
