• Lead BIM project teams in generating CAD/BIM deliverables
• Initiate project kickoff meetings and execution strategies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts in 3D for complex projects
• Develop and mentor technical talent within BIM teams
• Implement production standards and ensure quality consistency

• Degree/diploma in CAD/BIM technology and 15+ years experience
• Minimum five years in BIM management for large initiatives
• Familiarity with various BIM design applications
• Knowledge of BIM Standards and best practices
• Proficiency in multiple design tools and BIM modeling
