Project Manager – Mechanical

We are partnering with a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in mechanical, structural, restoration, capital planning, building envelope, accessibility, and energy optimization services. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and delivery of high-impact building solutions across Canada. We are seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical to join the Vancouver Mechanical Engineering team.

• Lead and support mechanical building projects from assessment through delivery
• Conduct site reviews and HVAC/plumbing system evaluations
• Prepare design documents, specifications, and technical reports
• Contribute to building condition assessments, warranty reviews, and depreciation reports
• Support mechanical design consulting for existing and new buildings
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Participate in client meetings and professional engagements

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with building systems exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in HVAC and plumbing system design for buildings
• Strong understanding of building systems, lifecycle analysis, and cost estimation
• Experience with existing buildings is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Registered or actively pursuing P.Eng. with EGBC or equivalent Canadian provincial association
