Key Responsibilities   Lead BIM project teams in generating CAD/BIM deliverables
Initiate project kickoff meetings and execution strategies
Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts in 3D for complex projects
Develop and mentor technical talent within BIM teams
Implement production standards and ensure quality consistency
Requirements   Degree/diploma in CAD/BIM technology and 15+ years experience
Minimum five years in BIM management for large initiatives
Familiarity with various BIM design applications
