In this role, you'll contribute significantly to enhancing efficiency and reducing waste in ship construction. Collaborating with a team, you will develop hull arrangements and guide junior engineers while overseeing process improvements. An analytical mindset and strong organizational skills are key to navigating complex challenges in production engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan hull arrangements and strategies for module load-out
• Conduct training on lean design development and standards
• Monitor production process changes effectively
• Transfer new materials and processes to your team
• Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification in Engineering
• 2-4 years of relevant planning or ship design experience
• Excellent time management and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
