As a senior engineer on our Development Engineering team, you will play a key role in reviewing land development applications while ensuring that municipal infrastructure meets the District's standards. Your proficiency in civil engineering and project management will guide strategy and decision-making, fostering a collaborative approach among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive reviews of land development engineering applications

• Mentor and guide team members on project standards and decisions

• Manage development processes through all project phases

• Provide technical reviews of engineering documents and plans

• Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• Civil engineering degree and professional engineer registration in B.C.

• Minimum of seven years' relevant experience in the public sector

• Solid understanding of municipal engineering principles and practices

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Valid Class 5 B.C. driver’s license
