Join McDermott as a Senior HSES Management Specialist, driving safety protocols and environmental sustainability within the energy sector. Bring your advanced knowledge to a pivotal field-based role.
This senior role requires innovative problem-solving skills to address complex HSES challenges while mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibilities include implementing our HSES Management System, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. Your expertise will also guide the development of HSES plans tailored to project-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee McDermott's HSES Management System
• Conduct risk assessments to maintain updated risk registries
• Develop HSES activity plans and schedules
• Prepare and perform internal and external audits
• Collaborate on safety measures with the PMT and subcontractors
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in HSES or equivalent
• Six years of relevant experience in the Energy Industry
• Trained ISO lead auditor expertise
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Lead with safety and compliance at McDermott’s energy projects.
