This full-time, permanent position asks you to manage and enhance BIM resources for important bridge, marine, and tunnel initiatives. You will work beside technical experts and engineers to ensure successful project deliveries, prioritizing CAD/BIM outputs and talent development. Your insights will be fundamental in crafting strategies that optimize project efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee BIM project teams generating CAD/BIM deliverables
• Kick off projects with initial meetings and execution strategies
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination in 3D design for complexity
• Mentor and nurture technical talent within BIM teams
• Ensure quality consistency by implementing production standards
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in CAD/BIM technology with 15+ years experience
• Minimum of five years in BIM management for large-scale projects
• Knowledge of various BIM design applications
• Understanding of BIM standards and industry best practices
• Proficiency in design tools and BIM modeling techniques
