WSG Energy Services is looking for a Completions Administrator to join our Commissioning team in British Columbia.
The Completions Administrator supports the commissioning and completions team by managing documentation, tracking system status, maintaining databases, and ensuring all records required for system handover are accurate, complete and up to date.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain and update the Coconsole completions management system.
- Track system, subsystem, and tag status (e.g., Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Ready for Start-Up (RFSU)).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Organize and manage:
- Test packs and commissioning dossiers
- Inspection Test Records (ITRs)
- Loop folders and calibration records
- Ensure proper document version control and traceability.
- Coordinate with document control teams to maintain the latest revisions.
- Log, track, and update punch list items.
- Coordinate with discipline engineers for status updates and closure.
- Generate punch reports by system, priority, or discipline.
- Ensure proper categorization of punch items (A/B/C or equivalent).
- Prepare turnover packages (Mechanical Completion / Ready for Commissioning / RFSU).
- Verify completeness of documentation prior to handover.
- Support handover between:
- Construction → Commissioning
- Commissioning → Operations
- Generate daily and weekly reports, including:
- Mechanical Completion (MC) status and progress
- Punch list status
- System readiness dashboards
- Support KPI tracking (e.g., completion percentages, backlog, closure rates).
- Assist management with data analysis and reporting.
- Interface with:
- Commissioning engineers and supervisors
- Construction and QA/QC teams
- Document control teams
- Participate in system walkdowns and review meetings as required.
- Collect and consolidate inputs from various disciplines.
- Perform audits on completions data and documentation.
- Identify gaps, missing records, or inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
- Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training requirements for self and team members.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent technical experience.
Typically 3–8 years of experience in:
- Completions, commissioning, or project administration
- Construction or EPC project environments
Experience with completions management systems (e.g., ICAPS, WinPCS) is preferred.
Experience managing commissioning work packs from initiation through to handover.
Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and codes applicable to commissioning activities.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
