Position: Utilities Operations Role at Woodfibre LNG
Location: squamish

Become a pivotal Utilities Operations Technician with Woodfibre LNG in beautiful Squamish, BC, supporting critical project operations and ensuring safety and efficiency. Your skills in utility operations will greatly impact the Start-Up and operational readiness phases.
In this position, you will work closely with the Shift Supervisor as part of the Operations team. Your duties will focus on completing the Operations Readiness Assurance Plan while ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment and plant during your shift. You will also develop essential checklists and documentation to uphold the company’s highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partake in the development of operating procedures

• Support safe production and execution of tasks

• Ensure compliance with maintenance strategies

• Maintain safety and efficiency throughout shifts

• Interface with various departments for operational support
Requirements:

• High School Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Understanding of 4th Class Power Engineering required

• Experience managing Permit to Work systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
