In this position, you will utilize your quantity surveying expertise to independently manage planning and progress measurement for large-scale projects. With a comprehensive background of 6-10 years in the EPC or construction industry, you will ensure precise costing, monitor progress, and engage in risk management processes. Your coordination with multifaceted teams will significantly impact project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate quantities per Approved for Construction drawings

• Certify actual work done for subcontractor payments

• Review project scope and specifications diligently

• Monitor material flow and analyze feasibility reports

• Prepare cost forecasts and assess change orders
Requirements:

• Advanced Technical Education (B. Sc/M.Sc. or equivalent)

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• 5+ years in EPC or construction

• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis

• High-level coordination and multitasking skills
