Position: Senior Permit to Work Coordinator Role

Join Woodfibre LNG as a Senior Permit to Work Coordinator and ensure operational safety in Squamish, BC. Manage permits effectively while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
In this critical role reporting to the Day Superintendent, you will coordinate all aspects of the permit process at the Woodfibre LNG Project. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth permit issuance and compliance with safety regulations while implementing an electronic Permit to Work system during construction phases. This position directly impacts the safe operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of the electronic Permit to Work System

• Issue permits daily and administer Lock Out Tag Out processes

• Ensure required equipment and safety measures are in place

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments

• Monitor Health, Safety and Environmental performance targets
Requirements:

• Technical diploma relevant to oil/gas industry

• Minimum of 10 years in Oil & Gas Production

• At least 3 years as PTW Coordinator

• Proficient with electronic PTW systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
