This role focuses on fostering a risk-based HSES culture while mentoring less experienced colleagues and conducting thorough audits and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive consistent HSES culture across projects

• Facilitate risk assessments and maintain risk registries

• Manage the HSES Management Plan implementation

• Lead safety training and awareness initiatives

• Conduct HSES audits and manage performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in HSES field

• 6+ years of experience in the energy sector

• Knowledge of international HSES standards

• Solid data analysis and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
