You will lead our Mountain Athlete Lab and Workshop, focusing on the strategic development of cutting-edge technical facilities.

Your role includes facilitating rapid prototyping and ensuring compliance with safety standards across various engineering environments. Engage closely with Advanced Concepts teams to drive innovation and tackle complex performance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and evolution of lab and workshop facilities

• Ensure efficient and safe lab environments for innovation

• Support project scope and budget management for funding programs

• Champion creation and testing capabilities through training

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for processes

Requirements:

• Engineering bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of lab experience

• Strong familiarity with testing lab dynamics

• Proficient in mechanical shop equipment and fabrication tools

• Advanced CAD and engineering software knowledge

• Results-oriented with strong process improvement skills
