Join Landev Consulting as a Civil Project Engineer in Squamish, BC. This role blends design and project responsibilities, offering a chance to shape infrastructure on the Sunshine Coast.

As a vital member of our expanding team, you will help establish our new office while engaging in diverse projects. You will be involved in civil land development, including subdivisions, servicing, and municipal infrastructure. Your expertise in Civil 3D will support design initiatives while you conduct site inspections along the Sea-to-Sky corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design civil land development projects and municipal infrastructure

• Produce detailed designs and drafting using Civil 3D

• Conduct on-site and construction inspections for various projects

• Coordinate with local authorities for municipal approvals

• Manage servicing coordination with utility companies

Requirements:

• P.Eng registered or EIT with relevant experience

• Minimum 3 years in civil engineering, land development preferred

• Proficient in Civil 3D design software

• Familiar with MMCD standards; municipal experience valued

• Valid driver's licence for site inspections
