As part of ALUULA's R&D team, you’ll focus on accelerating the development of cutting-edge windsport materials and constructions. You will integrate hands-on prototyping with advanced material science and collaborate closely with customers and partners to gather insights, improve designs, and commercialize concepts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new materials and product concepts for windsport applications

• Execute laboratory and prototype testing programs

• Analyze material performance and implement product enhancements

• Collaborate with customers on technical requirements

• Support next-generation materials and construction methods

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Materials Engineering or related field

• Experience in polymers, composites, and textiles for high-performance applications

• Proven product development through prototyping and testing

• Hands-on problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication ability across varied teams
