In this senior role, you will be a key member of our wireless engineering team, driving network optimization initiatives and troubleshooting complex issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for LTE and 5G network performance

• Analyze KPIs and drive optimization strategies

• Troubleshoot and resolve radio network performance issues

• Validate performance through drive-test analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications or related field

• 10+ years of experience in wireless optimization

• Strong Nokia RAN experience necessary

• Deep knowledge of 3

GPP standards

• Proficiency in Nokia Net Act tools
