As part of WSP’s team, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience in civil engineering to provide technical leadership on complex infrastructure projects.
Your role involves planning and delivering highway engineering initiatives from concept to implementation, while mentoring engineers and ensuring quality outcomes. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet environmental and community needs will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead highway and transportation project planning and design
• Provide technical guidance on roadway design and interfaces
• Review engineering deliverables and documentation
• Mentor engineers and support skill development
• Contribute to business growth and client proposals
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related
• Professional engineering registration in British Columbia
• 15+ years in highway/transportation projects
• Experience in multidisciplinary project leadership
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset
