Position: Metrics Engineer for Mainframe Performance
Drive optimization and capacity planning as a Mainframe Infrastructure Metrics Engineer for a prominent financial organization. Your expertise in performance monitoring and data analysis will be pivotal.

With a decade-plus of mainframe systems experience, you’ll be tasked with real-time monitoring and proactive incident management. Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal workload behavior and performance tuning, employing advanced tools such as IzPCA and MICS. Your contributions will drive insights that inform engineering and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect and resolve resource anomalies in production

• Support cost modeling and resource optimization efforts

• Visualize data findings for leadership presentations

• Analyze performance metrics and develop KPIs

• Provide technical support across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline

• 10+ years in multi-processor mainframe environments

• Strong knowledge of datacenter performance tuning

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and visualization tools

• Experience with Dev Ops and mainframe technologies
