Internship in Oracle Fusion Technical Support

This role involves supporting day-to-day activities for Seaspan's Oracle Fusion application portfolio, supervised by the Oracle Fusion Technical Manager. As an intern, you will engage in incident management, assist with service request handling, and participate in business process testing and analysis. This position provides valuable experience across technical work streams and enhances your understanding of IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and prioritize incidents and service requests

• Aid in the development of operational documentation

• Participate in testing and mapping business processes

• Support troubleshooting for integration challenges

• Provide administrative support for operations

Requirements:

• Enrollment in Computer Science or related discipline

• Fundamental understanding of ERP and cloud technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
