Reporting to the Oracle Functional Manager, you will learn the fundamentals of incident management, support service workflows, and contribute to documentation efforts.

Your role is essential for transitioning projects into sustainment and enhancing team efficiency while building knowledge of the Oracle Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support incident management and categorization workflows

• Assist in defining IT business process documentation

• Contribute to ongoing stabilization and testing activities

• Help develop a knowledge base for improved service

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a diploma or degree in a related field

• Basic understanding of ERP systems preferred
