We seek a reliable IT Support Technician to provide crucial user support and maintain systems for our resort. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with SQL databases, and expertise in Windows and Microsoft Office 365. Working closely with departments like Guest Experience and Rentals, you'll ensure top-notch IT support in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Install and maintain desktop computers and devices
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Assist with Active Directory user account management
• Monitor and address network connectivity problems
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP
• Ability to lift IT equipment (25-50 lbs)
