Carbon Engineering is looking for a proactive co-op student to assist the IT Administrator in delivering support for diverse technical needs. You will engage with various users, mastering system troubleshooting, account creation, and IT hardware management. This is an excellent chance to enhance your technical knowledge while contributing to initiatives focused on direct air capture technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and maintenance of IT hardware

• Troubleshoot a variety of IT-related issues

• Support network and server maintenance efforts

• Help upgrade and install essential software and hardware

• Document IT processes and manage data recovery procedures

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a post-secondary co-op program in IT or related field

• Basic understanding of IT environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Capacity to educate peers on tech usage

• Familiarity with security procedures is beneficial
