  • Utilize and support operations through the Dynamic Workload Console
  • Create, maintain, and update migration documentation, procedures, and reference materials
  • Collaborate with application teams, system engineers, and operations to resolve migration challenges
  • Provide technical guidance and training to schedulers, developers, and operations staff
  • Support pre‑migration cleanup and best‑practice preparation activities for each sysplex
  • Assist with project planning, estimation, and coordination with project management teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of mainframe experience (OS/390, z/OS) with strong knowledge of core system components and operations
  • 5+ years of IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) experience, including workload design and monitoring
  • Advanced proficiency in TSO/ISPF (editing, dataset management, utilities)
  • Expert‑level knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL), including troubleshooting and optimization
  • Experience with REXX scripting for automation and efficiency improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
