One of the world's most recognized retail and apparel companies is searching for a Senior Change Manager to join their enterprise procurement transformation program 100% remotely from Canada . In this role, you will lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery across a high-visibility, high-impact procurement modernization initiative spanning multiple sequential technology implementations including intake orchestration, supplier information management, and contract lifecycle management platforms.
This program will reshape how thousands of global users manage supplier relationships, contract execution, and procurement processes, making your OCM leadership absolutely critical to adoption success. This exciting opportunity to lead change across a multi-release, global procurement transformation begins as a 7-month W2 contract with potential for extension based on program needs. The role is fully remote within Canada and is expected to run through the enterprise rollout milestone.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end communications production across all program releases, including message strategy, email campaigns, town hall materials, and reinforcement communications tailored to procurement, accounts payable, legal, and supplier-facing audiences
- Design and develop training curricula and content for multiple platform implementations, including user guides, quick reference materials, foundational learning content, and an enterprise training execution framework for the integrated solution rollout
- Conduct detailed stakeholder impact assessments by mapping current vs. future state workflows across legal, procurement, and business functions while identifying high-resistance segments and analyzing change magnitude across process, tool, role, and data dimensions
- Coordinate enterprise-wide, multi-region deployment activities including cutover planning, regional process variation management, multi-language content development, and change champion network operations across global time zones
- Drive readiness and quality assurance for all enablement deliverables, ensuring publish-ready standards are met while coordinating with SI vendors to align content integration and delivery timelines
- Manage compounded change across integrated platform workflows by developing sequenced change strategies that prevent user saturation and building end-to-end process training that reinforces cumulative learning
- Provide regular program status reporting, participate in governance meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and technical program managers while aligning closely with the Change Lead on overall strategy
- Develop region-specific content variations and manage localization requirements for international markets, leveraging enterprise communication platforms to support global deployment success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of change management experience, with at least 3 years specifically supporting procurement, supplier management, P2P, or related enterprise system implementations
- Direct, hands-on experience with enterprise procurement or supply chain platforms, specifically Coupa
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and produce enterprise-scale change content (communications strategies, training curricula, job aids, and stakeholder materials) without reliance on dedicated instructional design or communications support
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent work streams with overlapping timelines, shared stakeholder populations, and coordinated messaging strategies
- Strong proficiency applying ADKAR or a comparable structured change methodology in fast-paced environments with condensed go-live timelines
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across time zones, including content localization and international deployment coordination
- Executive-level communication skills with experience drafting enterprise-wide communications on behalf of senior technology and procurement leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification;
Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent - Direct experience supporting Coupa Supplier Information Management or Ironclad CLM implementations
- Background supporting CLM platform migrations, including training design, workflow change communications, and adoption tracking for legal and procurement audiences
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise communication platforms
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand procurement environments
- Prior experience coordinating OCM activities with system integrators, including quality oversight of vendor-produced training materials
- Working knowledge of SharePoint as a training repository and change management resource hub
