This full-time role is an exceptional fit for a motivated IT Support Technician. You will manage all device installations, troubleshoot issues in Windows and Office 365, and assist with SQL database challenges. Your work with guest-facing technologies will directly enhance user experience across the resort’s departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support hardware and software troubleshooting for end users
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory
• Assist in network configuration and connectivity
Requirements:
• Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent
• Over 2 years of IT support experience
• Strong skills in Windows operating systems
• Basic networking knowledge, including DNS and DHCP
• Must be able to lift IT equipment (25-50 lbs)
Support our team by using your IT skills to enhance the technology experience for all guests.
