Job Type: Contract 6 months, potential extension to February/March 2027.
Rate: $70–$85/hour INC
Location: Fully Remote (Canada – Ontario preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Full-time position (7.5 hours per day)

Our client is a nonprofit organization leveraging Salesforce and digital platforms to support its operations. The team is currently managing a critical system environment and requires strong hands-on Salesforce expertise to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
Your New Role
Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for providing hands-on administration, support, and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) .
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role (not a people manager) , working closely with a Project Manager and stakeholders. The focus is on managing day-to-day Salesforce activities, resolving issues, and stabilizing systems in a dynamic environment.
What You Need to Do
• Perform hands-on Salesforce administration and L2/L3 application support
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce environments (
NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud )
• Configure workflows, objects, fields, and system updates
• Support ongoing system stabilization and improvements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on ongoing initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure clear communication between technical and business teams
What You'll Need to Succeed:
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead
• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
• Experience with:
• Salesforce Administration
•
NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack)
•
Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) (asset)
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Comfortable in a hands-on, non-managerial role
• Experience working in collaborative environments
•
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
