Key Responsibilitie

  Lead QA activities for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce solution
• s.Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test case
• s.Manage and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testin
• g.Coordinate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverable
• s.Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution and closur
• e.Lead and mentor QA team members and provide guidance on testing best practice
• s.Support test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Salesforce testing tool
• s.Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party application
• s.Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and Agile/Scrum methodologie
• s.Prepare test status reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholder

s.Required Skill

• s:7+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead rol
• e.Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/Type Script to support end-to-end testing of Salesforce and integrated application
• s.Lead automation initiatives by implementing Playwright-based UI, API, and regression test suites, ensuring improved test coverage, faster release cycles, and high-quality software delive
• ry Strong experience testing Salesforce applications and platform
• s.Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce functionalitie
• s.Experience in manual and automated testin
• g.Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assure
