Position Overvie

wThe successful candidates will lead the delivery of multiple high-priority enterprise projects, including One Stream, Procurement System Modernization, and Complex Scheduling

The role requires extensive experience managing large-scale public-sector ERP transformations, executive governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination involving business, technical, vendor, and senior leadership teams

.Key Responsibilitie

• sLead multiple concurrent ERP projects from initiation through implementation and closure
• .Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance materials
• .Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, issues, decisions, and stakeholder expectations
• .Prepare executive-level briefing notes, steering committee presentations, and status reports
• .Coordinate activities among business units, technical teams, vendors, and senior executives
• .Ensure compliance with Government enterprise architecture, policies, and standards
• .Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required
• .Facilitate risk identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution
• .Provide leadership in organizational change management and communications
• .Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement
• .Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO)
