wThe successful candidates will lead the delivery of multiple high-priority enterprise projects, including One Stream, Procurement System Modernization, and Complex Scheduling
The role requires extensive experience managing large-scale public-sector ERP transformations, executive governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination involving business, technical, vendor, and senior leadership teams
.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead multiple concurrent ERP projects from initiation through implementation and closure
- .Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance materials
- .Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, issues, decisions, and stakeholder expectations
- .Prepare executive-level briefing notes, steering committee presentations, and status reports
- .Coordinate activities among business units, technical teams, vendors, and senior executives
- .Ensure compliance with Government enterprise architecture, policies, and standards
- .Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required
- .Facilitate risk identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution
- .Provide leadership in organizational change management and communications
- .Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement
- .Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO)

Experie
- nce Minimum 12 years of experience leading complex IT or ERP initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and business uni

Minimum 12 years of experience defining project scope, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource require men - ts.
Minimum 12 years of experience developing project documentation, including business cases, project charters, briefing notes, dashboards, and closure repor - ts.
Minimum 12 years of experience implementing enterprise platform solutions in large, complex IT environmen - ts.
Minimum 8 years of public-sector experience at either the provincial or federal lev - el.
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Budgeting and Forecasting solutions within ERP environmen - ts.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing HRIS or Complex Scheduling implementatio - ns.
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Supply Chain Management solutions, including Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Contract-to-Pay, and invoicing capabiliti
es.
Preferred Qualificat
- ions Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project Management certificat
- ion.
Direct experience with Government of Alberta, 1GX, SAP, or similar Canadian public-sector ERP environme - nts.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban delivery methodolog - ies.
Experience managing large custom software development initiati - ves.
