Required Qualifications

• :3–8+ years of Workday integration experience (level adjusted for Engineer vs Lead)
• .Strong hands-on experience with

  Workday Orchestration (including event-driven patterns
• )Workday APIs: SOAP and RES
• TWorkday integration tools such as EIB, RaaS, and/or Studi
• oSolid understanding of
• :
  
  Integration patterns (sync/async, pub-sub concepts, event-driven architectures
• )Data transformation formats: JSON, XML, XSL
• TAPI testing and debugging tools (e.g., Postman or equivalent
• )Experience building reliable error-handling, monitoring, and reconciliation mechanisms
• .Strong documentation skills (interface specs, data mappings, runbooks, troubleshooting guides)

Preferred Qualification

• s:
  
  Experience with Workday Extend app development and deployment lifecycl
• e.Experience integrating Workday with IAM/Provisioning solutions (e.g., Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta) using event trigger
• s.Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi) and hybrid patterns with Workday Orchestratio
• n.Knowledge of Workday security concepts: integration system users, domains, business process security policie
• s.Exposure to audit/compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR, SOC reporting

).
