As you step into this role, 2–4 years of relevant experience in remote technical support or HVAC is essential. You will serve as an empathetic point of contact, owning customer issues while ensuring complete satisfaction. Use modern tools and diagnostics to optimize the customer journey and advocate for their needs internally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver remote assistance via phone, email, and ticketing platforms
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
• Manage service tickets through Jetson’s CRM system
• Collaborate with project coordinators for in-person service
• Document every client interaction for accuracy
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in a related customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with technical support platforms
• Knowledge of HVAC or smart home tech preferred
• Available Wednesday to Sunday
Support homeowners in transitioning to sustainable energy with Jetson's innovative technologies.
