In this full-time position, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining computer systems, and assisting with network troubles and SQL databases. This is an ideal role for someone enthusiastic about using technology to improve guest experiences while collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve hardware and software issues for users
• Maintain and configure computers, laptops, and printers
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft applications
• Support user accounts in Active Directory
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting and configurations
Requirements:
• IT diploma or degree, or analogous experience
• Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role
• Strong Windows operating system knowledge
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (25-50 lbs)
Utilize your technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and improve guest services.
