In this on-site role at Dark Vision, you will support our Software Quality Assurance and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will involve resolving technical issues, documenting knowledge base articles, and participating in release management. You'll contribute to development efforts aimed at enhancing our operations and reliability while collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to user support requests
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support
• Document troubleshooting guides for quick resolutions
• Contribute to testing during software releases
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline tasks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
• Experience with technical support for diverse users
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS
