Based in North Vancouver with flexibility for hybrid work, you'll connect with leadership to devise strategies that enhance technology support services. Engage with stakeholders to meet evolving demands, while implementing operational improvements.
Your role is pivotal in creating an effective and responsive service desk culture that empowers all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct L1 and L2 support for retail and corporate users
• Coach technical team members and manage their performance
• Assess system demands and execute relevant projects
• Collaborate on challenges and projects with other teams
• Track performance metrics against established KPIs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technology support, 3+ years managing teams
• Experience in multi-site service desk operations
• Effective scripting skills for workflow automation
• ITIL certification preferred for service management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
