Position: GIS Developer Role at Chartwell Resource Group

As part of our close-knit Application Services team, you will harness your GIS and software development skills to enhance web mapping systems. You will collaborate on exciting projects that make a difference in the Utilities and Natural Resource fields. Our North Vancouver office is a place for creative minds to thrive and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and test ArcGIS Online maps and applications

• Publish and sustain ArcGIS Server web solutions

• Utilize Python, SQL, or other scripting languages effectively

• Oversee spatial data management and client data flow

• Conduct QA/QC to ensure GIS data accuracy

Requirements:

• One year of practical GIS experience

• Experience with Esri or QGIS toolsets

• Relational database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL/PostGIS

• Proficient in programming with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or Arcade

• Strong communication and customer service focus
