Position: Manager, Infrastructure Operations at ICBC
Join ICBC as an Infrastructure Operations Manager in North Vancouver and oversee vital digital services in a hybrid setting. Lead the engineering team ensuring stability and performance in core systems.

The role involves managing virtualization and data protection platforms while fostering a strong multi-disciplinary team. You'll work closely with Nutanix and Cohesity technologies to strengthen resilience and modernize infrastructure aligned with cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations for virtualization and storage services

• Develop engineering team capabilities across platforms

• Manage platform lifecycle, patching, and capacity needs

• Enhance disaster recovery and ransomware resilience

• Collaborate with cloud and application teams for service reliability

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of leadership in infrastructure operations

• In-depth knowledge of Nutanix and Cohesity systems

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructures

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Established background in operational handling
