Process Tailoring and Design:
Adapt the global ERP design to meet the specific operational and financial needs of multiple business units, addressing differences such as contract-based versus spot-market billing models. Assess and redesign processes related to billing, sales order, purchasing, inventory, costing, and revenue allocation.
Requirements and Gap Analysis:
Validate business requirements against Oracle system capabilities. Identify and analyze current pain points, control weaknesses, manual workarounds, and data dependencies. Provide clear recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain structured process documentation, including detailed L3/L4 process maps for both current-state and future-state workflows (covering key functions like Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)). Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support business readiness and user adoption.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a critical liaison, facilitating workshops and working sessions with business, IT, and implementation teams to ensure alignment on decisions, priorities, and solution outcomes.
System Functionality Focus:
Support processes across core Oracle Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, FCCS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Modules (Inventory Management, Requisition s, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders).
Deliverables Include:
End-to-end process maps (L3/L4) for future-state operations.
Business-specific process variants, including detailed billing and invoicing scenarios.
Gap analysis and recommendations focused on control and efficiency enhancements.
SOPs and training documentation.
Pain point log with prioritized issues, root causes, and proposed solutions.
What you must have:
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (specifically Finance and SCM modules).
Expertise in process mapping and detailed workflow documentation.
Proven experience in a multi-entity environment.
Exceptional stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Salary/Rate Range: $70.00 -$84.00 per hour

The focus of this role is on process design, documentation, business enablement, issue analysis, and requirements definition. System configuration, testing, and technical implementation are explicitly excluded from this role's direct responsibilities.
