As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll play an essential role in configuring and integrating business processes within the Sustainability Technology team. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, serving as a subject matter expert on systems like the Digital Product Passport, and ensuring the quality of data flows. By documenting processes and collaborating cross-functionally, you'll help improve our products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and create user stories for projects

• Document systems and processes effectively

• Identify business process enhancement opportunities

• Validate data quality across integrated systems

• Support change management through training and demos

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related fields

• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on agile teams

• Experience with PLM and ERP system implementations

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communicator across different organizational levels
