IT Trainer & User Adoption Specialist

Become an IT Trainer & Adoption Specialist with the District of North Vancouver. Lead digital transformation and empower employees to maximize their use of enterprise technology.

This newly established role focuses on technology training and user enablement within the District of North Vancouver. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Services, you will help design and deliver training programs for enterprise software and digital tools. Collaborating with project teams and subject matter experts, you will create impactful learning experiences that facilitate effective technology adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs for information technology systems

• Design and deliver various learning programs

• Coordinate with experts for tailored training

• Administer and curate the Learning Management System

• Support staff in using enterprise software effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in relevant field

• Experience in enterprise software training

• Knowledge of adult learning principles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with digital training tools
