THE JOB
: Senior Data Analyst, Data Management TDT (12 Month Contract)
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $90,640 - $113,300
As Doctors of BC continues to expand its data analytics capabilities, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Technology Team. This position is a critical role in our organization, responsible for utilizing advanced data analytics techniques and tools to derive actionable insights from various data sources. Reporting to the Manager, Data Management, the Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational strategic goals, enhancing our data analytics capabilities, and promoting a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Modeling:
Analyze and understand data sources and design data models for capturing structured and unstructured data.Perform statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and data mining to extract valuable insights.Develop and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various organizational needs in consultation with stakeholders.Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that communicate insights effectively.Data Governance and Quality:
Participate in Data Governance initiatives to establish data quality standards and measures.Ensure the highest standards of data collection, recording, analysis, maintenance, storage, adaptation, retrieval, and transmission from various data sources.Support the training and development of Data Stewards within various departments to enhance data analysis and visualization capabilities.Technical Expertise:
Stay updated with various Data Architectures to support diverse data needs of the organization.Monitor and assess system performance for continuous improvements.Collaborate with the Information Technology team to ensure the seamless integration of data tools and resources.Provides technical assistance and direction to other Analysts for the purposes of resolving complex issues.Provides direction in adoption of modern Data technologies as per the needs and demands of the organization.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
