Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Global Digital Product Content Specialist, you will execute the publishing of ecommerce product copy, translations, and studio images across all Arc’teryx brand websites and regions. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards, directly supporting our ecommerce growth and strategic priorities. You will act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, driving consistency and efficiency in global content workflows.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Digital Product team are the product gatekeepers between the business and Arc’teryx websites and apps, we work to ensure that E-commerce product is published accurately and on-time across multiple websites, regions, and languages. We are responsible for maintaining e-commerce product copy, visual assets, translations, multiple shopping tools, user generated content programs and other guest-facing content, ensuring a best-in-class online guest experience that is user focused and based on data driven evolution across all regional  websites and apps.

If you were the Global Digital Product Content Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Executing the onboarding of new product copy, translations, and studio images across global websites and regions

Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards for all digital product content on Product Detail Page (PDP)

Coordinating with cross-functional partners (e.g., Ecommerce, Studio, Localization, Merchandising) to align product launch priorities and timelines

Monitoring and maintaining content workflows to support seasonal launches and speed-to-market objectives

Troubleshooting and resolving product content issues to minimize delays and errors

Analyzing product content performance to proactively identify new content outputs and optimization opportunities

Supporting process improvements and documentation for global content operations

Supporting large-scale content cleanup and roadmap projects

Are you our next Global Digital Product Content Specialist?

You have 3+ years of Digital Content and/or Merchandising Experience

You have a university degree in a relevant subject

You have experience working for a DTC brand

You have experience working with product information management tools

You have strong organizational and analytical skills

You have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with cross-functional teams

You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies

You are confident managing multiple projects and make timely decisions

You are passionate about delivering an exceptional digital experience for our guests
